Physical Therapy

About Rainey

Rainey has a strong belief that no two bodies are the same- so treatment shouldn’t be either. Her approach combines manual therapy, movement pattern analysis, lifestyle assessment, and targeted therapeutic exercise, all guided by ongoing screening and adjustment to ensure each patient is progressing effectively. She graduated from Utah Valley University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance, where she developed a deep understanding of body mechanics, performance demands, and injury risk. This background fuels her passion for treating and educating performing artists, with a focus on injury prevention and long-term physical health. She understands the physical demands of dance and works closely with patients to provide individualized modifications, improve movement efficiency, and reduce the risk of re-injury. Her goal is to help each dancer build strength, control, and confidence in their movement. During her collegiate training, Rainey had the opportunity to study and perform with a variety of respected artists and educators, and she was actively involved in pre-professional dance companies and performances. Her experience as both a performer and choreographer continues to shape her eye for movement quality and functional recovery—because sometimes it’s the smallest movement patterns that make the biggest difference. Patients working with Rainey can expect thoughtful, personalized care, a detail-oriented approach, and a provider who is fully invested in their progress (and may occasionally sneak in a little humor along the way). Outside the clinic, Rainey enjoys spending time with her family—camping, hunting, and cheering on her kids at their softball, basketball, and football games.
