Kim’s passion for movement began at a young age while training in ballet, modern, and jazz. While attending Brigham Young University, she experienced a pivotal setback that required surgery. This event gave her firsthand insight into both the physical and emotional challenges of injury. Through her own rehabilitation, Kim discovered the transformative impact of physical therapy, inspiring her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others recover and thrive. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2015 and has since developed specialized expertise in working with dancers and active women. Kim is certified in Dry Needling and movement analysis as a Champion Performance Specialist. Her approach combines evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of performance demands, focusing not only on reducing pain but also on optimizing movement and preventing future injury. Whether recovering from surgery, overcoming injury, or rebuilding strength after time away, Kim is committed to helping her clients return confidently to the activities they love so they can perform at their highest level.
